Pets need to be crated when you are not in the cabin, not allowed on furniture, beds and blankets. Guests are responsible for any damages. You MUST clean up after yourselves and not leave trash laying round, animal waste, or debris for our cleaners.

Vape pens, smoke, incense, candles are not permitted in cabin and a fee of $500 WILL be assessed if you violate this rule.

Max number of guests allowed in the home during the day is eight, and sleeping in the property is six.

Guests should not create excessive noise, use inappropriate language, or cause a disturbance for neighboring properties. STRICTLY ENFORCED are neighborhood quiet hours from 8pm to 8am. If you plan to party, DO NOT BOOK THIS CABIN. It is our home and you must treat it as such. We will cancel your reservation and ask you to leave if you cannot abide by this rule.

Owner is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or illness that occurs while on the premises.

The homeowners are not responsible for loss of personal belongings or valuables by guests. By Accepting this Reservation, it is agreed that the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others home they invite to use the premises are not the owner’s responsibility.

Keep the property and all furnishings in good order, removing any items from the cabin, including living and kitchen furnishings, is not permitted.

Parking: You may park vehicles on our property. ZERO parking is available or permitted on street and you risk being towed if you park on the streets.

Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the cabin.

Any garbage must be stowed in the bear proof receptacle located on the porch.

Hot Tub: No children under the age of 14 may be permitted in the hot tub at any time without adult supervision. Our housekeepers drain, sanitize, and replenish chemicals prior to arrival, so it IS POSSIBLE the water will NOT be hot the moment you arrive. It takes time for the new water to cycle and heat. DO NOT STAND ON THE HOT TUB COVER. When not using the hot tub, leave the cover on to keep water warm. You assume all health risks associated with hot tub use.

Failure to comply with the above rules will result in possible additional charges. Booking through Airbnb assigns your consent to all terms listed under “House Rules."

The two spacious bedrooms are designed to offer a comfortable retreat after a busy day. Both bedrooms have high-end king-size log beds, handcrafted furniture, and large windows that allow plenty of natural light in. The nature-inspired accents, high ceilings, and designer finishes create a warm and welcoming place to relax.

Both bedrooms offer stunning views of the beautiful mountains and have spacious closets and private bathrooms for ultimate convenience. Guests in both bedrooms can watch their favorite shows on the flat-screen Smart TVs from the comfort of their beds and can keep all of their devices charged thanks to the many outlets around the room. There is a sleeper sofa in the living room to accommodate additional guests.

As a guest here, you have the entire house to yourself. You can use all of the rooms and amenities, including the stackable washer and dryer, free wifi, kids’ equipment, kitchen and bathroom essentials, and local area guides. The large driveway provides plenty of space for multiple cars, and you’ll be given a unique code to access the lockbox on the front door. This home is perfect for small families traveling together, honeymooners, and groups of friends. From here you’re a short drive from local grocery stores, many restaurants, boutique shops, hiking trails, breweries, the famous alpine coasters, and Dollywood.

Additional notes

Bears do live in the Smoky Mountains, so please be bear-aware while visiting. They do live in the area and it's not uncommon that guests may naturally encounter bears while visiting.

This is a great family-friendly neighborhood that gives you the privacy you seek but is close to the action when desired. We observes quiet time after 8 pm, and we cannot tolerate loud music, inappropriate language, fireworks, etc during your stay. We want you to enjoy your stay, but we have neighbors that deserve to enjoy quiet enjoyment of their spaces, too. We appreciate your understanding.

Getting around

There is so much, so close. Get an awesome workout in in the mornings climbing the hills and valleys of the neighborhood. Then, hop in the car and drive just minutes to any multitude of restaurants, adventure parks, hiking trails, attractions, and shops.
